Listening to the radio today the speaker told of a rough day he was having &how he asked for God to 'show up' on that specific day..bc he was having just a hard time 'wanting' to do things like pray &preach & stuff...and he told of how God came through. I was thinking, I'm gonna try that "God, I know You're here..but could You show up for me today? Like, I really need it...its getting really hard..." And I had forgotten about making that request, my day actually seemed to get lots better (probably just my mood and right thinking:) but look at what I saw on the way home today!!!!!!! Rainbows are pretty and awesome. But they're also a reminder of God's PROMISES!!!!!! And they mean something a little more special for me, another special promise that God once spoke to me. So how AMAZING is it that I saw this today!!!!!! Needless to say tears of thanks streamed from my face. God is forever faithful!! Even when we forget or have a hard time believing it.
