This week has been insane and its not even half way over yet! haha My stray cat (who has no name and is referred to as "Fat Moma":) had her kittens sometime on Saturday...I wasnt home until late and mom told me that she hadnt seen her all day so I yelled for her late that night and never found her..we assumed she had them. Sunday morning before church I fed her and she was skin and bones compared to what she looked like on Friday when I saw her! lol After church we headed home and searched for her and found her and her sweet kittens inside my dad's boat..inside a little cubby compartment lol best hiding spot ever! lol She had six tiny babies in there!! One however, didnt make it and Chad and I had to burry it... :( But the others are soo stinkin cute! My baby (my cat that Ive bottle fed and raised who I love like a child and who is also known as 'toothpaste' hehe) was acting different on Sunday and I told mom that she may be about to have hers too (although she wasnt NEAR as big as the other momma cat). And Monday morning my mom woke me up early w/the news that my little girl had had kittens!!!! I walked outside and there she was on the porch! (I predicted she wasnt going to pick a hiding spot...she's too attached to me to leave and go far lol) Sadly there was one little kitten who didnt make it...who looked just like her and my Smokey. Completely broke my heart! :( But she had two others with her that seemed to be healthy except they were noticably TWICE as small as her other kitten and as the other moma cats kittens....(the only thing I can come up with is maybe they were twins?? they were identical and literally half the size of the others) After loving on them for a few I had to rush off to work and about an hour or so later mom called and said that one of the other kittens had passed away too......Chad and I came home after taking Hay to school and burried them. She only has one baby left but thankfully it seems to be a fighter!!!! She is being such a great mother for her first time (and for the fact that IM the one that raised her and she didnt have a cat mother LOL!) Ive posted some pictures on my flickr but will be posting more tomorrow that I took this evening. Six teeny tiny sweet baby kittens for my birthday!!! :)
OH! And Luke's new song (that Im obsessed with:) came out on itunes today!!! Ive been waiting for it since September! haha! Happy Birthday Week to ME!!!! ;)
